Shipping and Handling for Linux DVD and CD orders is always FREE. 

We ship by the following methods at our choice:

Shipping Policy

We ship all our products with insurance included.  Once the package leaves our presence it is in the responsibility of the carrier.  If by chance the mail carrier we select misplaces or loses your package a complaint must be placed with the mail carrier so proper actions can take place.

If the above happens we will provide a copy of your order for free, shipping and handling charges will be extra.  Proof from the carrier will also be needed before the order is sent out.
